Add a studio.

We add studios to the directory on a rolling monthly basis. To be considered, a studio must meet three minimum criteria:

• Public presence — an active public business presence with photos, address, and at least one phone number or website.
• Reputation threshold — minimum 4.5★ rating with at least 20 reviews. This isn't a formula, it's a floor.
• Category fit — the studio must primarily offer reformer Pilates, not just mention it.
