We collect the following types of information:
- Studio submissions: name, city, email, website, description submitted via our contact form
- Payment data: processed exclusively by Stripe. We never store card details.
- Analytics data: via Google Analytics — pages visited, browser type, country. No personal identification.
- Contact emails: when you email us at [email protected]
3. How We Use Your Data
- To list your studio on ReformerFinder
- To process payments and send invoices via Stripe
- To respond to your messages
- To improve our directory via anonymous analytics
4. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use our site. This collects anonymous data including pages visited, time on site, and geographic region. No personally identifiable information is collected. You can opt out via Google's opt-out tool.
5. Stripe Payments
All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. ReformerFinder never stores, sees, or processes credit card information. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment processing: stripe.com/privacy
6. Netlify Forms

- Request correction or deletion of your data

Form submissions are retained for 12 months. Payment records are retained as required by law (7 years in France). Analytics data is retained for 26 months per Google's standard settings.

ReformerFinder links to studio websites and ClassPass. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of external sites.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. Continued use of ReformerFinder after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
