How it works.
How every listing earns its place on ReformerFinder.
Every studio on ReformerFinder meets an editorial quality bar before being listed. Each candidate passes through a multi-stage quality filter:
- Minimum review volume — a studio with too few public reviews doesn't have enough signal to be evaluated fairly.
- Rating threshold — average rating must meet a minimum bar, calibrated per category.
- Category match — the studio must explicitly offer reformer Pilates, not just mention it. Off-topic listings are excluded.
After quality filtering, each city page is reviewed for name errors, mistranslations, photo quality, and category fit.
Ranking within a city is automatic: sorted by rating, then by review volume. Featured listings appear at the top — clearly labeled.
The directory is refreshed on a rolling monthly cycle. Ratings and review counts are updated; stale entries are removed; new studios that pass the quality bar are added.
If you spot something out of date, get in touch. Corrections are usually applied within one refresh cycle.
This directory does not medically license studios. It does not check practitioner credentials with national regulators. It does not guarantee outcomes, safety, or price. It surfaces public signals — rating, reviews, presence, photography — and explains how they are weighed.
Treat ReformerFinder as a starting point, not a substitute for your own judgment. Always call the studio before booking, and always talk to a licensed healthcare professional before beginning any reformer Pilates protocol.
