When will I be charged?
Monthly plans charge on the same date each month. Annual plans charge once per year. Stripe sends a receipt after each payment.
Can I switch from monthly to annual?
Yes. Upgrade to annual billing from the Stripe portal above and save 2 months per year. The switch is prorated.
What happens when I cancel?
Your Featured placement stays active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your studio remains listed in the directory with a free organic listing.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, but you can cancel anytime and your benefits continue until the end of the period you've paid for.
