1. Acceptance of Terms
By using ReformerFinder ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ReformerFinder is a global online directory of Reformer Pilates studios. Studio information is sourced from public data (Google Maps) and studio submissions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listed studio.
3. Free Listings
Studios may be listed on ReformerFinder using publicly available information without prior consent, as permitted under applicable law. Studios wishing to update or remove their listing may contact [email protected].
4. Featured & Premium Listings
- Featured listings are billed at €149 to €149/month depending on region
- Gulf and Middle East: €149/month. /month. Europe: €149/month. Rest of World: €149/month.
- First month is free for new Featured subscribers
- Payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms
- Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued under any circumstances. Cancel anytime — your Featured placement remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- Annual plans include a No commitment
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice
5. Refund Policy
Monthly Featured subscriptions: cancel before the next billing cycle to avoid charges. No partial refunds for unused months. Annual plans: full refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, no refund for annual plans.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to submit false, misleading, or defamatory information. ReformerFinder reserves the right to remove any listing or terminate any account at its discretion.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on ReformerFinder — including design, text, and code — is owned by ReformerFinder. Studio names, logos, and photos belong to their respective owners.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. ReformerFinder does not guarantee that listed studios are currently open, accurately described, or available.
9. Limitation of Liability
ReformerFinder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
