What we collect

ReformerFinder is a static directory. We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect personal information when you browse. The only data we process is:

• Standard server logs (IP, user-agent, referrer) for security and abuse prevention.
• Anonymous analytics via Google Analytics 4 (aggregated page views, bounce rate, country).
• Submission form data — only if you voluntarily send us a listing or correction.

What we don't collect

We do not collect health information. We do not profile visitors. We do not sell, rent, or trade any data to third parties. We do not use fingerprinting, cross-site tracking pixels, or behavioral advertising.

Cookies

The site uses a single Google Analytics cookie for aggregate traffic measurement. If you prefer not to be counted, the standard Google Analytics opt-out browser extension works.

Third-party services

• Google Analytics — anonymous traffic measurement.
• Google AdSense — contextual advertising. AdSense may set its own cookies per Google's policy.
• Cloudflare Pages — hosting and CDN.
• Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) — stores your submission in our contact list, only when you voluntarily submit a form. GDPR-compliant, EU-hosted.
• Cloudflare Workers — relays your submission to Brevo server-side. No cookies, no persistent tracking.

Legal basis for processing (GDPR art. 6)

• Server logs — legitimate interest (security, abuse prevention).
• Google Analytics — consent (cookie banner).
• Google AdSense — consent (cookie banner).
• Submission form data (Brevo) — consent (you submit the form with your email).
• Cloudflare security cookies — legitimate interest (bot protection, essential for service).

Retention periods

• Server logs — 30 days, then deleted or anonymised.
• Google Analytics — up to 14 months (aggregated, anonymised).
• Submission form entries — kept for as long as the business relationship is active, or until you request deletion.
• Cookie consent preference — 12 months.

International data transfers

Some service providers (Google LLC, Cloudflare Inc.) are based in the United States. Transfers are framed by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and/or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Brevo is established in the European Union (France).

Your rights

Under the GDPR, CCPA, UK GDPR and comparable frameworks you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erasure — request deletion ("right to be forgotten").
• Restriction — limit how we process your data.
• Portability — receive your data in a portable format.
• Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest.
• Withdraw consent — for any processing based on consent (via the cookie banner or by writing to us).

Right to lodge a complaint

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL — cnil.fr) or your local supervisory authority in the EU.
